Halton diffusers

BCF floor diffusers are designed for installation in raised floor systems like auditoriums, conference rooms, theatres, where a high level of comfort and conveyance is required. Air is supplied into the space through the front panel at a low velocity, mixing with room air above the diffuser.

Supply air velocity must be very low to reduce discomfort that may be felt in the near zone. We recommend designing as a displacement system with a maximum supply temperature of 3°C below room. Supply 10 to 15 l/s per unit and allow a distance between outlets of 0.8 to 1 meter.

Air is supplied to the space through the selectable cone module. The supply air pattern can be selected for wide or narrow jet by rotating the cone module.

The narrow compact jet is used for long air pattern in heating applications and the conical wide jet for shorter air pattern in cooling applications. The angle for narrow air pattern can be adjusted.

The THL is a ceiling diffuser with an adjustable low pattern. The horizontal radial jet is used mainly in cooling applications and the vertical compact jet with warm supply air in heating applications. The supply air pattern can be adjusted by rotating the front disk into the desired position. The recommended maximum temperature difference in cooling applications between supply and room air temperature is 10 °C. 

TRB is a conical ceiling diffuser with an adjustable flow pattern. The horizontal radial jet is used mainly in cooling applications and the vertical compact jet with warm supply air in heating applications. The supply air pattern is adjusted by rotating the cone module into the desired position. The recommended maximum temperature difference between supply air and room air in cooling applications is 10 °C.
